Build version – (either version # v0.0.1 or date)
Environment/Device – Gen1, 3G, 3GS, Touch gen 1, Touch gen 2
Description – explain the issue as best as you can
Repro Steps – How do you make this bug happen? If you can, list it in steps, so that we can confirm it ourselves
