TL;DR: bottom

acquire 4 skills

put 1 in the bodyguard skill, 1 in camera

use camera on bodyguard

when the bodyguard duration runs out, acquire free exp and points! and sometimes grenades.

repeat indefinitely.

If a summon runs out before pacify wears out, it still gives exp.

using this, I was able to get to level 9 before I left genie room, the room where I got enough skills to do this.  This is probably a glitch and needs to be fixed, but I've had all the fun I'm going to with it and so would like to release it to the admins to fix.

my opinions on this feature(glitch):

units are automatically set to "enemy" after pacify wears off.  A quick fix would be to either turn them back to what they were originally, or to just make bodyguards (and other minions) worth no exp. Tourist is the easiest to abuse this with, since it has a build in pacify and summon, but it can concievably be done with any class and the use of mace balloons.

another glitch: freeze belly

end a game.  Win or lose makes no difference.

on the scoreboard, switch between online and local.

while it loads, hit main menu.

start a new game with any class.

your hunger will not go down with turns for the entire game.  This will continue after the app is exited, but not into games after the one that has been started, unless possibly the app is not exited between games (untested).

DISCLAIMER: double-edged sword.  Your hunger will not go down, but you will not regenerate hp or mp naturally either.  Classes with self healing/mana regen strongly recommended.  You can restore hp/mana by resting, but belly will decrease with resting, and you cannot rest once belly reaches a certain point.

DISCLAIMER: untested. this only happened once and I did not care to repeat it.  I am only giving my experience and what I believe to be the cause of it.  If I decide to test this further, updates may be given.

*upon further testing, this did not work with the scoundrel.  It may only be for monster classes (i was using tourist the first time) or it may be that I was wrong as to the cause of the glitch.  As is, the loading symbol from switching from local to online does stay in the top left corner until the game is restarted.

opinions:  really don't know what to say about this one. you're on your own here.

TL;DR:

pacify summons for free exp/points!

after game, switch between local and online scoreboard, hit main menu while it loads and start a new game to prevent belly loss!

this is a repost from the strategy section.

EDIT: clarification, disclaimers.

OK! Ambassador's no longer grant XP when they die. Making them aggro onto you when the effect wears off is a great idea, but since those guys are the Tourist's only damage-dealing means, he'd have no good ways to deal with them, unfortunately. If something incredibly clever strikes me, I may change some of his skills to accomodate, but generally he's meant to be a non-combat class.

As for the no hunger exploit, this sounds like a glitch with saving and loading games in general. Basically what's happening is that the buffs that are supposed to load at the game's start aren't, so you'll probably find that the scoundrel isn't poison-immune, the wizard doesn't regain energy faster with wands, etc. This might even affect some player skills that have been implemented with buffs, like Faith.

There is a real problem here, but I don't think it has anything to do with the high score screen. (Although it's definitely a problem that the loading wheel sticks around.)
