No. Similar to App redownloads, when you go to purchase an IAP that you've already paid for, after you gesture to complete a purchase, and Alert pops up reading "You've already purchased this content. Press OK to download this content again at no charge" or somesuch. It's terrifying to press 'purchase' again, I understand, and I'll be taking steps to check if she's been purchased before automatically so you don't run into this problem, but for now you can rest assured that you can get her on both of your devices without being charged twice.
