1 – Door to nowhere, similar to a previous topic. I think this is the only one I've ever seen, so they''re not terribly common.

2 – Axe sprite on top of Satan's Bodyguard Sprite. I can't remember if normally bad guys are on top of items or vice versa, but this seemed weird at the time. I dont have a problem with this necessarily, since it makes that Axe of Accuracy easier to see, but it might be inconsistent(?).

3 -The stairways cut of animation and combat text. I have a couple of screenshots, but this one shows it the best.
