Might be that I suck, but I find it really difficult to play a crusader without at least one skill point in Whack of Glory. I try to hold off, but sooner or later I find myself in a situation where it is the only thing that will save my life.

How far are you getting with/without it? I can usually get past the genie without it, but I do like Martyrin', so sometimes I'll start with Whack of Glory.

You know Blake, our lead artist, has been testing the game a ton and he almost NEVER gets that tree. Every game he goes down the left side, pretty much, and he's beaten it a couple times.

I arrived at Satan today without using a point in the central tree (and without particular difficulties, but Satan was impossible to kill)
The buld was: Faith -> Heal -> Searing Blade -> Weapon Focuse -> Heal -> Heal
