I think it just harms you in some way when you drink it, It doesn't explode like the energy potion when thrown. Maybe if you drink enough of them you will turn into the hulk, or mutate into something awesome

Make sure you note your stats before and after you drink it. Sometimes it increases or decreases a stat (like strength or armor). I think it's only temporary though, and sometimes it appears to do nothing.

I made the stat effects more extreme, and it will have a throw effect in the next update.

It always does at least three things, though it's not always obvious from the stats page. /cryptic
